Since 28 February, STRALOG was acquired by the company GPC Logistics, based in Molsheim (F-67). Mr. Pascal CARRIER, GPC's sole shareholder, became President of our company on 1 March 2009.
STRALOG addition, GPC has also FEIDT Transportation and Logistics (Molsheim F-67).
Companies STRALOG FEIDT and are complementary in their activities, their approximation through the holding GPC, allows us to offer our customers a wider range of services.
The set includes 150 people for € 25 million in sales with a total of 31,000 m² of warehouses and a fleet of 60 vehicles with 80 semi-trailers. |
